Introduction
At GCP India, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms regarding order cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds.
Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

  • To cancel an order, contact our customer support immediately with your Order ID.

Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return if:

  • Wrong product delivered.

  • Product received in damaged condition.

  • Manufacturing defect found upon delivery.

  • Product significantly different from description.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products.

  • Products damaged by customer misuse.

  • Customized or special-order products.

  • Items without original packaging.

Return Request Process

  1. Contact customer support within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share order details and product images.

  3. Our team will review and approve the return request.

  4. Pickup or return instructions will be provided.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned products.

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method.

Replacement Policy

  • Replacement requests may be accepted for damaged or defective products.

  • Subject to stock availability.
